Can confirm, I magically got a Greek fisherman's hat, started carrying a tobacco pipe and walking around with a limp, and became paranoid that cthulhu was real. Afterwards, I hopped on this game for the first time and it happened again
Dredge managed to hook me in right away. I was going through a boredom spell and I was hooked until the end of the game. Fun, got slightly boring at the end because of me reading too much into a quest and spending way too much time trying to figure it out.
Great game with a mix of fishing and neighborly favors with a side of Cthulhu made horrors beyond your comprehension. HOWEVER, as someone who likes completing their games it's omega cringe that there are DLC achievements. Besides that, 10/10 game in my opinion.

I've finally 100%'d dredge after 100 hours of gameplay. It is genuinely one of the best games i have ever personally played, most of the negative feedback on this game is from long play sessions getting boring, my advice is to take breaks and understand that there's more to do besides just beating the game. Do side quests, fish, and enjoy the damn game.
