loved being a evil landlord, at first i thought i was rigging the system by putting really expensive furniture to up the rent for my little people then realized there was a whole furniture/job mechanic and it was the reason why they couldn't afford to live in their apartments. then i turned into a kind landlord and made sure they lived their best lives 10/10 super fun game to relax to, best played with a controller2 found this helpful
i would love to recomend this game... i remember playing it when i was younger and i loved it! that said, it doesn't work well on the phone anymore, and this port to the computer feels really rushed and unoptimized. if you have a controller it is fine, i don't. that said, when it's on sale i think the downgrades in optimation are worth it, if it isn't don't bother1 found this helpful

Probably one of the most developed and content-rich Kairosoft games ever made, with real replay value even after finishing your first run. There’s a ton to unlock, clothes, jobs, furniture, and tons of room combinations. The only real downside is that some room combinations are nearly impossible to discover naturally because of the strict floor requirements. The easiest solution is to just spend 5 tickets to unlock each one directly from the Dex.
I used to play this via mobile when I was younger like 13 or 14 so I was disappointed with the control, it's not pc friendly and looked very rushed. Just play the mobile version.
I love this game so much, and the aesthetic and goals!
