Great game, 10/10 This game feels incredibly relatable and solid, with consistent storytelling all the way through. The resolution at the end doesn't feel forced—the way the story concludes feels natural and satisfying. The twist in the true ending really caught me off guard. I did imagine the story could’ve taken an alternative path, perhaps a darker one, but even though it didn’t go the way I expected, the storyline stayed strong and coherent until the end. Definitely worth your time. I really hope it gets an English translation soon, because this VN deserves to be more widely known.

It's rare to have a VN protag who likes a heroine from the start, especially if she rejects his confession, so that already makes this game stand out. But on top of that, it really resonates with the doomer in me. My life isn't actually all that bad, but when I see how much ♥♥♥♥ the protag has to go through, I can't help but go "yep, that's the world we live in, I'm just one of the luckier ones." And it's so sad to see so many EGS users relate to the protag's situation... I like the balance of depressing and happy moments in this game, which is skewed towards the former. It's a very solid nakige, and also my favorite short VN thus far—I generally avoid short VNs because it's hard for me to find them moving, and even this would've likely been a 9 or a 10 for me if it was at least twice as long. Having said that, I think nakige are meant to make you cry mostly at the end, when things get resolved in a cathartic way, but for me it was all about the dream scenes this time. The protag's relationship with the girl in his dreams (who seems to be the same person as the main heroine) is quite fascinating.
