Took me 5 minutes to unlock all the achievements, I mean...at least it's cheap?

Drift Highway: Retro Console Edition, developed and published by Welding Byte, is a stripped-down arcade driving experience that places atmosphere and rhythm at the center of its design. Rather than focusing on traditional racing elements like competition, tracks, or progression systems, it builds its identity around an endless stretch of highway where the goal is simply to keep moving, avoid traffic, and maintain a steady flow. The result is a game that feels more like a stylized driving loop than a conventional racer, offering a calm yet engaging experience built on repetition and immersion. The gameplay is immediate and easy to understand. Players guide their vehicle along a continuous road, weaving through traffic and reacting to obstacles that appear with increasing frequency. There are no laps to complete or rivals to defeat, only the challenge of staying in motion for as long as possible. This simplicity makes the game highly accessible, allowing players to jump in without needing to learn complex mechanics. Easily my favorite part about this game, is just how casual and relaxing it can be to play. You can just sit back and relax, as you weave in and out of traffic, while listening to upbeat, yet chill music. And if you want a challenge, all you have to do is buy a faster car, and the game suddenly becomes an addictive score attack survival game. The game has a reasonable amount of content for only $5, when it comes to levels, cars, music and modes. If there was any possible complaints I have, it is two things: No online leader-boards and limited in-game options (you can't play the game in window mode while multitasking, for instants). Overall: 8/10
