✦ AI summary

Players praise the game's charm, unique character variety, and frequent content updates despite its early access status, with many enjoying the roguelike gameplay and cute aesthetic. However, common frustrations include significant bugs and jank, unclear hit feedback and attack indicators that make combat feel more luck-based than skill-based, lack of save functionality, and some unbalanced boss mechanics that feel unfair rather than challenging.

This game is actually so unique and fun, best five dollars ive spent in my life! Definitely needs a lot of polish, ive encountered quite a bit of bugs, and by quite a bit i mean quite a bit. but thats understandable since its early access. Bug fixes are very frequent as well. I can't wait to see where this game goes!

When this game says "Early Access Game" it REALLY means that. If you are willing to put up with a bit of jank, unfinished mechanics, or missing content the game is very charming. Its a fun and simple with some characters and items that aren't super fun but it gets updated a lot with new content and bug fixes. If you give the game some time and a grain of salts its a joy ride to duck and weave between attacks while throwing out your own attacks. If you find a bug and post about it on the discord there is a pretty good chance it gets patched.

After the tutorial, you find yourself in a tavern where you can select a character and enter a portal to begin a stage. At first, only the farmer is available, but completing objectives allows you to unlock over twenty more characters. When you hover over the character silhouette, you will see the criteria for unlocking them. Aside from distinct weapons, each character has unique attributes, perks, and a special item that recharges after completing a certain number of rooms. Stages are random and consist of numerous floors, each of which contains several rooms. The fun aspect is that each floor has a unique style and foes. It begins with a castle, progresses to steampunk aesthetics, and so on. Most of the rooms have enemies to defeat, however there are also shops and boss rooms. Because there are also rooms with missions linked to new characters, you must be lucky to find them. Fortunately, you can unlock some just by beating floors. Each found character has a spot in the tavern that gradually becomes more active and less boring. Shops sell perks and weapons that cost coins. Coins are not only dropped by killed enemies, but they can also be obtained from chests that reward you …

This game has a lot to it. So much game packed in just one game. Soulslikes are not really my thing though. However, I would suggest this game for those who are. It's stinking cute as crap!! I love getting killed over and over buy bad guys that I would want as plushies! Pros: Cute as crap. Hard as crap. Tons of gameplay Tons of achevements Cons: I'd like sounds when I hit bad guys I'd like sounds when I'm hit by bad guys It's kinda hard to tell when you've been hit. Great job on a great game!!

As of right now i dont think there is a way to save your game also some items are very usefull but so expensive and the 'classes' you get to play as have no hints helping you to get them also the second floor boss has some of the most junk mechanics i have seen in a game first of all he launched me on top of the gate so he couldnt damage me,also his long slash attack where he hits the whole area is always going to hit you unless you stand under the doorframe of where you came in but the laser dosnt have a clear indicator of where it will go so getting hit is more rng then skill based. If they add save game i might change the review but as of right now is a no for me keep your money
