About Dungeons of Desolation Remastered
A town. A stairway. A lot of missing adventurers. Many years ago, in the middle of Desolation, someone found a stairway leading down into a huge labyrinth. Since then, adventurers from across the Seven Kingdoms have come looking for fame, fortune, and powerful artifacts.A few return rich. Most do not return at all.Dungeons of Desolation Remastered brings back the Xbox Live Indie Games dungeon crawler from 2012: turn-based, grid-based, loot-heavy, and built around the dangerous idea that you can probably survive one more floor.Build your adventurer through stats, gear, and over 100 skills. Fight with swords, axes, maces, daggers, shields, or magic. Focus on combat, detection, healing, protection, enchantment, or whatever build keeps you alive long enough to reach the next staircase.Descend into 25+ dungeon levels filled with procedural layouts, dozens of monsters, and more than 150 items to find, equip, drink, sell, or regret picking up. No two trips below Desolation are quite the same.In Desolation death is not always the end, but it is never free. When you fall in the dungeon, the Wheel of Fate decides what you lose before your next attempt. Gold. Experience. Items. Progress. Maybe something worse.
