ELIF is an incredibly heartwarming, visually vibrant, and delightful 3D puzzle-platformer developed by a group of talented students under 6Prod. Spending exactly 30 minutes inside the game is the perfect amount of time to complete this linear adventure from start to finish, soak in its charming atmosphere, and experience everything this cozy indie slice has to offer. You step into the tiny shoes of Elif, a cheerful little girl exploring her own vivid imagination alongside her faithful dog companion, Crocus, to retrieve a lost book for a friend.The core gameplay loop beautifully blends simple third-person traversal with light environment-manipulation puzzles that never feel overly stressful. The standout feature is the game's diegetic narration and emotional visual storytelling, masterfully capturing how a child's mind can transform ordinary real-world settings into spectacular, colorful landscapes. "ELIF" is just another student project dumped onto the Steam store, one of thousands. It's from IIM Digital School in the France. While student projects tend to be better quality than most "amateur" games, we must still question what value they have for gamers. This isn't a fully fleshed out game. It's the result of an academic exercise and has much more limited value than a professionally developed game. Educational institutions should not be using Steam as a dumping ground for homework assignments. It helps their marketing and makes students feel good, but it puts the business before the needs of gamers. The students made a mildly charming game about a little girl imagining she is shrunk to the size of her toys and has to 3D platformer around a childs playroom full of giant toys to search for a book. This is another one of those things that might have done great on consoles if it was fully developed and not a jank filled, totally unpolished and barely "complete" student project. The inability to change keybinds is not just an inconvenience for many; it's a major accessibility issue. Super cute game!! I love games where you're tiny and getting to explore a classroom was so much fun!! I love how bright and colorful everything is!!

It's a charming 3D platformer with you being a small child pretending to be shrunken to a small mouse with wooden dog toy steed, navigating the big world of the school and library. There's no save feature, so you have to play all in 1 go and you can become stuck and have to reset that level.
