Eloriasha

Eloriasha is yet another of literally thousands of 2D retro pixel platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere. It's been made by copying + pasting a bunch of premade assets into a basic platformer template in Godot, resulting in, well, nothing of value for gamers. It's a sincerely made game with a somewhat esoteric theme of saving the world by jumping through mismatched stock assets. And before we all go running for the pitchforks, this isn't an asset flip, it's sincerely, if badly made. It uses premade assets, but it's not an asset flip? No, see, the developer admitted and fully credited the actual developers who created the assets for the game. And that's really the big difference. Honesty, and sincerity. Certainly refreshing to see down here in the deep shovelware echelons of Steam. Unfortunately, good intentions alone are not enough to make a spectacular gaming experience. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. This was a fun game and I enjoyed it a lot! The graphics and sound effects were nice and the boss fights were challenging. I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys platform style game play, because it has simple and addictive elements to it controls. The last few stages are difficult but are satisfying to conquer. Thank you Ashdev for making this game, I wish this game was longer with more power ups that would be even cooler!!! The boss fights were my favorite part about this game, kind of reminded me of Mega Man on NES in a positive way.

Still trying to get past a part but the developer has been really cool.
