After a about 20 hours on this game, I feel comfortable to leave a review, This game is in Early Access, it has Early Access moments, the combat can be jank at times, the parkour involved in some areas can be risky, the fall damage along with the hunger and thirst bar could use some rework. However, the best part came from the co-op, where another one of my friends joined as we leveled our characters up and got excited after finding better gear. This is where the game shines, the exploration is fun, challenging, and rewarding. Along the way we would see more things that reminded us we were playing an indie game, however, we would still be pleased with the way the game ran, looked, and even sounded. The weapons sound clean, the enemies have a strong presence and the minimal use of music works. Story wise, this is where it left me disappointed. Right at the start when you see the big castle in the mountain, that's where you want to go. However, spoiler alert, its not a finished campaign, so after all the hacking and slashing, you are left feeling a little underwhelmed. I am glad to see the dev team is working on expanding this story line, however, even with the lack of voice act…

It's a good game overall, fun to hop on for a little lag here and there the co op is very janky, can't run the game too hard, but it was cool. Looking forward to what can come next, and maybe to improving the graphics just a little

Yeah It's basically a souls game but with crafting elements. I'm having a blast with it.

Looks bad but somehow runs poorly. The tutorial also displays both controller and keyboard controls...and I don't mean it shows you both at the same time. The text box will say: Press up on the d pad to throw items....cool I have to look up keyboard controls. It will also IN THE SAME TEXT BOX switch from one control style to the other. I'm all for small studios making a game with some jank, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you guys can't even take the time to make sure the tutorial is correct? This is even before mentioning the controls themselves are terrible....hold CTRL and click for speacial attacks and parry? Wtf?

one if the best games i have ever played the map is very large lots of exploration and survival.

My daughter bought this for me because she saw it was a 'souls like' (and I use that term [i]very loosely[/i] here) and it was on sale. But I don't know... The spirit/idea of this game [i]seems like[/i] it could be very interesting/fun in theory. But in practice, it's littered with jank and just doesn't gel at present. I'm refunding so she can get her cash back, maybe I'll revisit it somewhere down the road when it has had more time to cook.
