Or ever, for that matter. Overall: - It has USSR girls and vodka. 11/10

Честно говоря игра просто прекрасна. Есть разные варианты развития сюжета, концовки и т.д. Но плохая концовка Лены... Просто убила моё прекрасное настроение. Я даже не знаю, как мне сейчас засыпать. Если бы не эта концовка, то игра была бы безупречной. В общем плохая концовка Лены, действительно плохая концовка. Я просто в ужасе и шоке. И при всём при этом я видел спойлер и знал об такой возможном развитии событий. А есть люди, которые не знали о таком... Представляю их эмоции. Просто слов нет

I went into Everlasting Summer expecting a generic anime dating sim, but I walked away with a sense of melancholy that I still can't quite shake. Not to mention the banger music tracks that still give me the goosebumps whenever I hear them. One thing though, I did find myself getting frustrated by how incredibly cryptic the choice system is, forcing me to rely on a community guide just to avoid getting the depressing "bad" endings. The English translation also felt a bit stiff and awkward in certain scenes, which occasionally broke my immersion during crucial emotional moments. Despite those flaws, unlocking the true ending felt amazing, wrapping up the central mystery of the loop in a way that left me staring at the screen in silence and maybe shedding a tear. Not going to lie, I think it's time for a replay already. Ultimately, this game made me incredibly nostalgic for a time and place I never actually lived through, and it remains one of the most memorable visual novels I've ever played.

It happened because of a bet with my friends—we even drafted and signed an official document stating that each of us had one week to complete whatever piece of internet content the others assigned. One friend got an anime, another had to watch Papich's Portal playthrough, and I drew the short straw: finish every route in Everlasting Summer within seven days. By the end of that week, I was convinced the next ending would somehow be with Elektronik. 💀 Objectively, it's probably an average visual novel. But for anyone who grew up in the post-Soviet world and remembers summer camps, late-night ghost stories, discos, and those carefree childhood summers, this game is so much more than that. It isn't the plot that makes it special—it's the nostalgia. If you don't share that cultural background, the game may feel fairly ordinary. If you do, there's a good chance it'll leave you with a warm feeling long after the credits roll. 🌻
