About EXIT The Game – Trial of the Griffin
The second Escape Room experience from the exciting game series EXIT - The Game takes you back to the year 1837 to the legendary Greifenstein Castle.
The Countess herself has invited you to assist her as an expert. Neither the bumpy carriage ride through the misty woods nor the warnings of the locals can deter you. However, what is the truth behind the rumors that the Countess has not been seen for decades and that ghosts haunt the stone halls of Greifenstein?
Once you arrive at the castle, the old walls will not let you go. Only if you pass the tests of the Countess and prove yourself worthy, you can free her—and yourself—from the castle and defeat the curse.
Go in search of the castle's mistress, examine her chambers for artifacts from your predecessors, rummage through the library for clues about the von Greifenstein family, discover mysterious relics in the castle courtyard, solve tricky puzzles in the family crypt, and even think outside the castle—and the game! The ghosts will help you decipher witchcraft recipes, open folios, medallions and caskets, or decipher the strange hourglass. Are you up to the task and can you free the Countess from her seemingly hopeless situation?
An exciting adventure also awaits you in the mysterious Hotel Ophir in the Wichita Mountains: "EXIT - The Curse of Ophir" can also be found here on Steam.

I have played quite a lot of puzzle games but I found this one to be nonsensical. Even after revealing all 3 hints for puzzles I am still sometimes at a loss to understand. Reviews say 'think outside of the box' - I say there is no box. Only get this game if you are a high ranking member of Mensa.3 found this helpful
Colorful, logical fun puzzles at the start, along with a good storyline, devolves into a convoluted tangle of conundrums that defy logic and problem solving; to wit, you have to use the startup "credits" menu to solve one of the puzzles, as well as changing your profile name....i.e., you have to get into the developers' heads, which I hate in any game. This ruined it all for me, as I like to do this stuff myself. The least that could be done would be to configure this game into a co-op format...I mean, 6 heads would be better than 1 here, for certain. I'm just glad it's over.
Very good Despite sometimes riddles are not logically correct, but anyway the game worth buying and playing
If you like the Exit series, you're going to love this. If you don't, some of the puzzles may (may!) alienate you. But if you're a fan, this is 100% recommended.
Good, albeit short, puzzle game. Expect the puzzles to be brain twisters in part due to them being more meta than usual because they often use not only in-game features like item shape, color etc. but also features of outside the game world like menu buttons and interface details. Some puzzles are finicky and need a bit of fiddling around to progress. As for obvious downsides - there are many mismatches between English voice lines and subtitles. In conclusion, the game is worth buying (especially with big discount) if you're into puzzles but NOT as an entry to the genre.
Fantastic game! reccommend to anyone who likes escape rooms
