Extinction Day

The concept is awesome but not enough depth for example we never get to see the effects of the disasters we release except for numbers. More detail would improve the game.

Went in expecting a simple casual game, but it actually made me think a lot more than I expected. There’s a nice balance between experimenting and planning ahead, and seeing your decisions play out is probably the most satisfying part. Some systems could be introduced a bit more clearly at the start, but once everything clicks, it becomes really enjoyable. Definitely a nice surprise for me.

I don’t usually play strategy/simulation games, and this is honestly one of the first games I’ve tried in this genre. At first I wasn’t sure if I’d really get into it, but I ended up enjoying it way more than I expected. Mixing different disasters and events together and seeing how everything plays out is really fun. The game is also harder than I thought it would be, and as you progress, making the right choices and managing your resources properly becomes pretty important. It took me a little while to understand the upgrade system and some of the mechanics at the beginning. I think the tutorial and some of the UI explanations could be a bit clearer, especially for new players. Other than that, it’s a really fun and different game. Even though I’m not very familiar with this genre, I had a good time playing it.

Pretty fun game with a really cool concept. Mixing disasters, outbreaks and wars is chaotic in a good way, and it’s satisfying to see how everything spreads across the map. The main thing I’d improve is the UI and tutorial. Some mechanics aren’t explained very well, so it can take a while to understand what’s actually happening. Also I prefer more tense and exciting music too.

A genuinely fun indie title with huge potential. The atmosphere and core mechanics hit the mark, and it’s very easy to lose track of time once you get into it. If you enjoy the genre, it’s definitely worth picking up and supporting. Great work by the team!

Great outbreak sim. It’s a bit janky in some places, but mixing disasters with plagues is just pure fun. Lots of potential here, highly recommend it if you like the genre.
