Farm World

A truely disappointing game. I understand now why there's no trailer. If they added a trailer then they wouldn't be able to fool you into thinking you're getting a farming game. Best to play this game is silence as the repetative noises will drive you crazy. I thought I was getting a farming game. What I got is somekind of zoo tycoon farm game. You have to make paths for people to come look at your "farm" and sell fruit/veggies to them to make money, if that's even possible in this game. No people coming to visit, no making money. With my limited play time, I was unable to make any money at all. The UI is what's you'd expect from the 90s. Only the main menu buttons have mouse text over so you can see what they are. All the submenus don't have this, this leaves you with clicking on everything to try to figure out what it is. Some buttons I had no clue what they did. Had they atleast added mouse over text for everything then it would have been a more enjoyable game. As it is, it just a pain. I tried the tutorial but got lost, randomly clicking buttons until I hit the right one. And once you close the tutorial it won't open back up until you do the correct action. After planting…

Okay, I bought this game myself, when I was maybe 8/9? I don't think it is a spin off of Wildlife Park, Infact, Wildlife Park is almost a spin off of this. Origionally this was created for young horse mad children to play. However the lay out of this Version is a LOT different to the game I used to play. For that reason I am not a fan, they have taken this game and swapped it so Wildlife Park looks and handles better, but this used to run on the same board and systems that that does... I still enjoy it, even nearing my 21st Birthday, If I find my version of it, ever, I will definately be reinstalling on my PC and playing that instead of this.

This Game holds childhood memories for me, so I enjoy to play it a lot. It wasn't published in 2017, but way before that (2006) It therefore of course is a bit simpler than todays games. As they don't mention in the description that it's a vintage game, i can understand why people are writing bad reviews. You play as the owner of a themepark for domesticated animals and try to build your zoo up from scratch. I never had problems with the game not working, but as the gamequide isn't that detailed you have to figure out for yourself how things work sometimes. The music can be a bit annoying over time, so i simply turn it off most of the time. To people who search for a cute 'vintage' zoo builder game and like the graphics, i would recommend. Just know that this is a game from around 2006 and therefore a bit simpler.

This game is difficult to finish all the quests, but i like challenges. I'm facing mission number 11! I missed the old/original version but i finally find out that this version is not bad at all.
