About FIL
FIL is a comedic, challenging, turn-based RPG adventure about four robots who must travel the Solar System to save it from destruction!
One morning, Dr. Martyn comes home from a walk to tell his trusty robot FIL about strange occurrences happening throughout the Solar System. There's an army of evil drones on Mercury, a zombie outbreak on Venus, an alien invasion on Earth, and some sort of large, target-shaped object on the sun! FIL must set out on a journey throughout the Solar System with the help of SURGE, SHELLY, and SAM to confront the source of all this chaos- an evil, shape-shifting robot named CORE. Gallivant through every single planet in the Solar System in this massive, wacky RPG adventure that will have you overcome a variety of bizarre challenges at every turn! Defeat an insane Bridge Inspector, climb the ranks of an underground botfighting ring, dethrone a tyrannical cyborg, relax on the beach, and much more! FIL, SURGE, SHELLY, and SAM will have to stick together and push on to find what lies at the end of their long journey, no matter how scary or daunting it becomes.

Game's buns
RPG Maker strikes again! FIL is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. This garbage RPG Maker kitbash does feature some bespoke artwork and it also features a bunch of bespoke fake reviews from the developers, giving this a fake "positive" review score. Turns out, due to a federal ruling last year, review manipulation like this is a federal crime. It's misleading to the general public, and it's also against Valve's rules, too. And we know it's bespoke art assets because they look way worse than the usual RPG Maker stock assets... and yeah, asset flipping is bad, but making assets even worse than the ones you could just steal and claim as your own isn't any better for the gamer. But, as usual, RPG Maker crapware is never made for gamers, it's made so people who aren't capable of actually making games (hence the use of …
