After playing for a while I almost feel like I'm continually walking forward. This type of walking in VR is something you must experience at least once. And for just $1 you can't go wrong.

Due to the lack of teleport or smooth locomotion, for a game so simple. It's completely unplayable, to move I have to push a button, the screen goes drunk blurry and you walk backward to move forward until you can't walk backward anymore. Then you turn it on again walk backwards, let go and go forward.. either I'm doing something wrong or I simply don't have enough space for this oversight of a locomotion system to work. I also think the game should have a fun mode that just lets you go into a room with no timer and no score and let you smash everything to your hearts content. Seems to be the point of the game in the first place.. You can't break china irl because breaking stuff doesn't make sense irl or would bring trouble? Break everything in VR and laugh like a manic the whole time without any repercussions. This is why VR is awesome.

This a VR only china/antique shop simulator... no, you can't buy or sell things, you just have to move through without breaking things. Like a VR bull in a mediocrely rendered china shop. This seems to have been made a VR exclusive to prevent any comparison with non-VR 3D games, a comparison that this game would fail very badly at. Developers must learn that while VR is great, if the only thing that makes your game great is the VR, then your game isn't great at all. This is definitely true for Fine China.

Fantastic idea for a game. These sorts of games are exactly what I'm hoping to see from the first generation of VR games as we work out what works well in VR and what doesn't. It's also well-executed. I've racked up very large bills walking through these poorly-organised shops. My only recommendation is to play it with a wireless headset if at all possible. The Walkabout travel mechanic means that your headset cable will become incredibly twisted in a very short space of time, which can make moving around in VR quite a struggle. Don't let this stop you from trying out the game though.
