Fancy Slingshot VR

Where the ♥♥♥♥ is my fancy slingshot? All I got was another ♥♥♥♥♥♥ slingshot that shot ball bearing again. Nothing fancy but better than that other slingshot game. You know finally we get semi decent VR that we can all afford and we end up being bombarded with games we used to play on the Atari 2600. FFS.

It's cheap, and I got it for even cheaper in a bundle, probably paid a total of a dime for it. It provided a bit of challenge and 15 minutes of fun. I beat all the challenges presented (I think!? It kind of just ends abruptly with the option to start over.) Physics are fine, some of the puzzles are challenging. Graphics are meh - the UE engine doesn't render very well in VR. The cheering/clapping sound effect is terrible. Neutral vote on this one, but giving a thumbs up based on the cheap price. Thumbs: UP!

1/10 and that was a Christmas bonus. Let's be clear right away, this is a game from the era of "demo" VR as I like to call it. Where 99% of everything you could do was little tech things. Now coming to the end of 2017 we have a couple triple-A games and a variety of mod and wrapper tools to play many games in VR. This no longer should have a place on steam. It is basically just something set up with unreal to make a quick buck and has no business being on a storefront even for free. It is basically just a fast slingshot mini-game with 0 depth or substance to it. It doesn't really deserve any money without some major changes. Unless you are some crazy slingshot person who needs to indulge in all things sling-shotty please avoid this and maybe even report it. Steam needs the community to step up and start clearing out this type of trash. Meh. It's a bit of fun bit gets old pretty quick. It's cheap though so I would recommend it.

Simple but well-done slingshot shooter. Worth the price of admission!
