About Floor 0
Immerse yourself in a psychological horror experience presented as unsettling found footage. You are trapped in an endless, dimly lit hallway, with nothing but a flashlight to help you. Starting on floor 10, you have one goal — reach floor 0 and escape. To escape, you must rely on your observation skills and instincts. Carefully scan your surroundings for anomalies — subtle or terrifying changes in the environment that signal something is not quite right. If the hallway remains unchanged, you may proceed forward to the elevator at the end of the floor. But if an anomaly is detected, turning back and retreating is your only means of survival. Failing to recognize an anomaly or moving forward when you shouldn’t may lead to consequences far worse than simply getting lost.As you descend, spotting anomalies will become increasingly difficult, making you question every decision. The line between reality and nightmare begins to blur. Stay vigilant — every choice matters.Key Features:
- Found Footage Horror – Experience the game through a disturbing, grainy VHS aesthetic, enhancing the eerie and immersive atmosphere.
- Observation-Based Gameplay – Your survival depends on your ability to notice subtle or obvious environmental changes. A misplaced object, changes in lighting or sounds, or an unnatural occurance could mean the difference between progress and doom.
- Dynamic Anomalies – No two playthroughs are exactly the same. Anomalies can appear in different ways and at different times, keeping you on edge and ensuring replayability. In total, there are 35 unique anomalies.

Floor 0 is an anomaly-spotting horror game that starts you on floor 10 and tasks you with descending to floor 0 by correctly identifying environmental irregularities. With 35 total anomalies, the game offers solid replayability, especially for completionists chasing achievements and endings. The structure is familiar to fans of the genre, but the slow descent builds tension naturally, culminating in a final encounter that changes the pacing entirely. The game’s sound design is one of its strongest elements. Dripping water, footsteps across different surfaces, humming radios, flickering lights, and the mechanical clunk of the elevator all work together to sell the atmosphere. Nothing feels out of place, and the audio does a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to unease. Visually, the lighting can be rough at times, but it fits the grim, liminal tone and never becomes a real detriment. Once you reach floor 0, the game introduces a stalker-style entity that relentlessly chases you. Surviving leads to a good ending, while getting caught results in a bad one. This shift from observation to survival is effective, though the lack of clear direction during this section can be frustrat…4 found this helpful
Not gonna quit the game til I 100% the game. Its not a BAD game, however like other have mentioned. I find myself finding more empty rooms than rooms with anomalies, and each cycle through each floor takes a decent amount of time to navigate. (if there is an anomaly turn back to the elevator, if not, you walk through this twisty path of rooms and hallways and it takes like 3 minutes to get to the start to the end (longer if youre trying to look around carefully. My issue is once you hit floor 0, you have to find an escape while being chased by a stalker. If you're caught its game over, no checkpoints. So you have to start the cycle back from Floor 10 again. It takes a lot of time to get back to floor 0 again.1 found this helpful
Commits the absolute sin of having the level of an anomaly game take 3 minutes to get through. All of the screenshots for the game are ONE floor and you have to memorize it all. Also, the ending is cheap as hell and you can die and start all over. Imagine playing for an hour just to have a cheap "anomaly," touch you and you start all over. I also had a glitch on my first startup where I only had 6 fps.1 found this helpful
PEAK GAME i love this sm very good worth it highly recommend1 found this helpful
6/10 I would honestly not recommend this game for how long it takes to navigate from the starting elevator to the end. However, there is more positive points than negative. I warn anyone who is thinking about buying this that it won't be a quick play. I don't like games I have to sit a grind to get an ending, and completion for achievements. Floor 0 is a anomaly game with 35 anomalies to discover. So far that I've seen the anomalies are obvious, so that is good for the vast area you have to explore. It is tedious enough without having subtle anomalies to hunt for. The graphics look gritty and nice, the ambient noise is fitting and pleasant. You can remove head-bob, and I had to turn sensitivity down quite a bit. You get a good flashlight. The start of the game lags a lot but it usually only lasts for a few seconds. The price is not bad for this game, but I would recommend to get it on sale.
A challenging and spookier take on the Exit 8-style gameplay. There’s a lot to remember on each floor, and most of the time I found myself guessing based on suspicious-looking objects—sometimes correctly, sometimes not—but it was a lot of fun, and I eventually made it to the final floor. That said, the game could really use an option to turn off head bobbing. The fisheye camera effect is already a bit disorienting, and the head movement made me a little dizzy at times. Gameplay aside, that’s my only real complaint. Overall, a tense and rewarding experience for fans of this style.
