For Sparta is an indie roguelike action game developed and published by Gamecraft Studios that draws inspiration from the legendary Spartan warriors and the historic struggle against the Persian Empire. Rather than attempting to recreate historical battles through detailed simulation or strategy mechanics, the game transforms the idea of the Spartan last stand into a fast-paced arcade survival experience. Players take control of a lone Spartan warrior fighting against overwhelming enemy forces, emphasizing relentless combat and endurance. It's fun but good luck trying to last more than 6 days. :P1 found this helpful
Awesome little game for the price! Sad to see some folks don't like it because god forbid every game isn't dopamine simulator 3000 with ten layers of progression and a five hour tutorial.
Slop. Too random to be any fun,,, Very powerful enemies can appear early at complete random and some foes are really tanky for a game where you don't get any kind of damage upgrades for your sword.
Fast paced once you get a handful of waves in. Addicting little game, yet at times, infuriating when you make a dumb mistake. I had a good time with it. Get it if you're a fan of rogue-likes.
Fun game, not a massive amount of depth or variety but good combat and a lot of content for the price
