About Foreign Galaxies
After a galactic portal failure you find yourself lost millions of light years away from home, in a foreign galaxy...
With your main propulsion systems disabled you are unable to traverse space, so you try to collect resources you find near you in order to create a galactic portal to return back.
According to avionics, the part of the galaxy in which you landed is an inhabited zone called EXO-1 and you are in Oasis' orbit, which is this zone's capital. Try to mine, craft, research technologies and trade resources with the local residents in this relaxed, slow-paced, resource-managment and story driven space exploration game.
Foreign Galaxies is a slow-paced First-Person exploration/resource gathering game. In this game you will collect various ores in many different planets according to your needs with the Miner Module of your spaceship:
With the resources you collect you can research and expand your spaceship. In more detail, you will be able to unlock a Fabricator Module, with which you will craft complex items, from the raw resources that you collect. Additionally, you will unlock automatic tools to help you mine and fabricate items fast and idly. You will also get various improvements and upgrades for your ship, as well as a Trading Console which will allow you to trade with the local population of each planet you visit!
All of this effort for the one simple yet absolute goal in your mind, to return home.

A fun experience, not hard on your time and definitely not hard on the wallet. If your looking for a little relaxing resource gathering, this is for you.
Fun cheap game.
Very Relaxed and simple game. Would be nice if there where more upgrades for the ship systems in the likes of a tractor beam replacement for the grabber arm or an extended reach for the grabber arm or more resource bins for collecting asteroids.
Relatively short game, but worth its price of $5. There isn't much story to speak of, and the mechanics are very simple to pick up. I don't know the dev's primary language, so it's possible that English may not be, but I'm a little disappointed by the spelling errors. It feels a lot like having an assignment turned in without having proofread it. The low-poly graphics are charming, and I liked the little scavenger hunting for clues to unlock the crates on the ship for little optional trophy objects. The UI could use a couple of quality-of-life tweaks in some places, but it's not unplayable. There's a definite end to the game, but the ending was one I wasn't quite expecting, and I loved that. All in all, for the small price tag, would recommend for a short, relaxing gaming session.
Neat little resource gathering, automation, and exploration game. Love the aesthetic and how relaxing it is. There's not a TON here to do as it's a very short game, but it's still pretty cool.
good game. i liked it. only bad thing is there's no settings menu when your in the spaceship. apart from that, it was fun to play
