About Forward Line
Forward Line is a war strategy game with a focus on combined arms, logistics and military science. This is a turn based, medium weight, abstract strategy board game with a World War II theme. The object is to capture the cities of the world with your military units. The game is over when one player has more than twice as many cities than his opponent. Each city can create one unit per game turn, so the more cities you conquer the more units you can muster and the greater your chances of victory.
In some ways the game is like chess, in that it is a game of positioning and maneuver; there is no random chance involved in determining whether a unit defeats an enemy unit. However, you must also use the terrain to gain advantage, and must sometimes contend with imperfect knowledge, such as managing the danger of deadly, invisible submarines. There are 10 types of military unit that have unique roles that must be combined to deceive, outrun, outwit and overwhelm your opponent.

This is a very fun game. It can get very intense. Ive been lucky to play this game from the begining, but my review isnt based on that. This game has everything a war should have. Supply lines, that can be broken, inf, armor, air, ships, arti. Its also online, which made this game even better. At first it was just AI, which still was great. Online, with a timer, so the other person cant take for ever, makes this game challanging even more. Thanks Dev, for keeping up the great job!1 found this helpful

Played this game quite a lot on mobile until I found out that it's on PC. Very fun for the small file size and low system requirements! For anyone coming from mobile the stormbound expansion (Adds weather which makes the game much more complex) comes with the base game.
It's good and needs more recognition.
