FROM FEAR

Good launch but the developers has abandoned the game, and it doesn't have a lot of content. Cool concept though.

I was literally so scared playing that game that i couldnt play right anymore-

Such a strong initial concept, but poorly executed and abandoned. The main concept that was promoted before launch was that you could choose a fear, and the experience you had was based on that fear. Things like clowns, spiders, death, etc. However, the only things that change with your fear choice are the monster's appearance and some random decorations inside the building. So no matter what fear you choose, the gameplay is the same. The monsters don't even have unique mechanics to watch out for. The whole gameplay loop is just finding loot, running from a generic monster figure, and escaping. And now the developer has left it in the dust. The idea of entities and environments based on phobias was an awesome idea on paper, but it feels like that was just a cheap marketing hook that never actually made it into the game.

Cant wait for more updates ;")
