I have an old laptop, although there are options to turn off post processing and chnage resolution. You save the changes reboot game and none of the changes are committed. Everything is back to max settings. Looked for config file nothing in game directory or under /my games . So I cant play with it at like 9fps, refund please1 found this helpful
