Fujii: A Magical Gardening Adventure is a virtual reality experience that embraces tranquility and creativity instead of traditional game design focused on combat, competition, or difficult objectives. Developed by Funktronic Labs and published by Funktronic Labs and Creature Label, the game invites players into a colorful fantasy world where exploration and gardening become the heart of the adventure. Its premise is simple yet captivating: travel through enchanting environments, collect magical plant life, and cultivate a personal garden that gradually transforms into a vibrant sanctuary. The game's strongest feature is its dedication to creating a relaxing atmosphere. Rather than rushing players through quests or overwhelming them with complex systems, Fujii encourages a slower pace where curiosity drives progression. Players journey through three distinct biomes, each filled with unusual flora, whimsical creatures, and hidden seeds waiting to be discovered. Every environment feels handcrafted with care, rewarding observation and experimentation instead of demanding precision or mastery. Gardening serves as the core mechanic and the foundation of the entire experience. As playe…1 found this helpful
This didn't really grasp me in the first 20ish minutes, and presuming the rest of the game is like that, this isn't super worth playing. I'd give this an "eh" if i could, but not recommending will suffice. This isn't shown anywhere in the trailers, but you also teleport everywhere. There's no walking, you just teleport, and I honestly think that hurts the atmosphere greatly. As you blink in and out of the environment constantly-- especially for certain segments. In terms of atmosphere there isn't too much. It's just very bright and friendly, and wiggly. The only real sense of feeling I got was when looking in the dark for the first time, but the whole point is to get rid of that. For the one "rhythm" section, the timings weren't super fair, and the rhythm kept changing. Meaning you couldn't get a sense of motion, you just stared at this node pulsating light for ten seconds before being able to press the trigger. I noticed some weird culling issues with this. Quite frankly, it's not my pc that's the problem. I think this game just has very aggressive culling-- which is fair! But it maybe shouldn't be culling things in the middle of the screen as I'm actively looking at it. Also, th…
癒やしのVR空間。パズル要素もしっかりある。 終わりがいまいちはっきりしなくて次のステージがあるもんだと探し回ったりした。ちょっと短め。
I havent played much and dont really feel much bite from this game. and thats a shame because its so lovely and joyful! everything feels so lively and whimsical. theres so little pressure yet so much to discover. and the colors are vibrant but the games never blinding you. I wish I could love this game, ill try again sometime im sure. but its not for me. but im sure this could absolutely be somebodies favorite game c: or at the very least something too return to for relaxation.
