definitely recommend buying this to let companies know we want to see more classic Armored Core games on Steam! this plays really well and is a lot of fun. there isn't too much depth, just arena mode and customization, but i'll take it. Armored Core is Armored Core31 found this helpful

Feels like a less bloated version of Ninbreaker back from the PS2 era (around the same time this game came about). There's a few training missions and a small arena to fight different AC's, and that's about it. Granted this a mobile game that has been ported into a playable PC-emulation, and it's very choppy and clunky in terms of controls and a bug here and there (remember to check what parts you had selected in the garage as sometimes the game will default to what you were last looking at and not what you selected to equip), but if you're an Armored Core enthusiast I'd say it's worth the pricetag to play a relic of the past and seeing as how these mobile games were strictly only available for a time over in Japan it can be seen as a small easter egg from FROMSOFT's past.3 found this helpful

It's definitely a niche purchase, as a 2005 phone release isn't usually the height of action games, and the price is pretty steep for the amount of playtime you get. But considering how long this was lost media, and how good the porting is, it feels worth the recommendation.2 found this helpful
it got too hard for my fingers might as well add ac gen 1 to steam
