区别于市面上绝大多数塔防作品，《机退怪兽》是一款让人始终保持“忙碌”的作品。作为游戏中将近一半的火力来源，游戏的主机甲“奥丁”需要玩家手动操作进行攻击。并且在寻常塔防游戏中的一些功能性防御塔，例如减速、控制等，则大多被转换成需要玩家手动释放的技能存在。
在《机退怪兽》中，你将遭遇各种各样的变故！无论是敌人类型的快速变化，阵地中可建设区域的增减，亦或是可以对你阵型造成毁灭的敌人的出现，都迫使着你需要快速做出准确的战术调整！变换阵型以及主力输出设施、合理利用仅存的建设点、又或者是在超长的战场中布置立体防御阵型。你的决定将主导战局！

机退怪兽 is an energetic and surprisingly demanding fusion of tower-defense strategy and real-time mech combat, developed by Doble Punch Games and published by Surefire.Games. Instead of asking you to build towers and passively watch waves unfold, the game puts you directly into the cockpit of a mechanized titan while simultaneously expecting you to manage defensive structures and resources on the field.
