Geopolitical Simulator 2026 Edition is a simulation of our current world, recreating its features in-depth and across a number of domains: economic, political, military, social, financial, environmental, energetic, transportation…Every country and major multinational corporation are represented with their own variables and functions. The calculation and scenario engines include more than 150,000 facts and figures, 20,000 texts, and 12 hours of recorded dialog. An ultra-detailed and animated 3D map with vegetation, bodies of water, every border, regions, production facilities, and important strategic sites around the world become your playground.The game combines management stages of economics, commerce, wargames, construction, espionage, simulation, and political influence and manipulation.You can opt to control one or more countries or one or more major corporations simultaneously and devise collaborative strategies to change your own destiny or the world's. Game sessions are customizable in several ways: activity level of terrorist organizations, probability of natural disasters, reactions of the people, outbreak of wars... More than twenty contextual scenarios with current events from today's world are integrated.The game engine of Geopolitical Simulator, includes over 600 data elements for each of the 175 playable countries and calculates their changes in real time throughout the game based on players’ actions. Some examples include popularity ratings, political relations, and economic exchanges between countries. More than 3000 major worldwide companies are included along with their real world data and several thousand others are simulated for all economic sectors and all the countries of the world. The simulator technology of Geopolitical Simulator is used by various organizations for instruction or training purposes, including NATO.

2026 EDITION NEW FEATURES

• Simulations 2026 and 2025The game offers the possibility to start the campaign at the beginning of 2026 or at the beginning of 2025, as either a leader or an opponent.
  Both historical contexts are recreated with updated corresponding economic data (unemployment, inflation, budget, population, growth, currency rates…), the annual events calendar, and the specific changes for the year 2025 (conflicts, financial agency ratings, Nobel Prizes, FIFA ranking…).
  Governments and parliaments are accurately reproduced for both periods, with their political orientation and the composition of their ministerial team.
• Tourism SimulationHyper-detailed with lots of data provided from every country of the world: number of international tourists, domestic tourists, revenue, sector employment, major multinational companies, most visited cities and sites, national parks, places designated as UNESCO world heritage sites.Various components are taken into account in the calculation of tourist attractiveness that the player can develop as head of state or CEO of a tourism business by building, subsidizing, budgeting, or influencing...natural wealth, cultural wealth, international events, cost of living, tourism infrastructures (seaside, leisure, mountain), accommodation packages, quality of transportation, public safety, highway safety, terrorism risk, climate, cuisine, risk of natural disaster, sanitation, human rights...On the game map, tourism constructions are represented in 3D, and as the head of a company in that sector, the player can build more. A tourism map has been added, displaying tourism evaluations by region.Two themed scenarios are included: "City of Lights" where the player must become the most visited city in the world, and "Tourism Development" where the player aims to become one of the top 10 tourist destinations.
• Regime Censures and New Political Party AI
  Various systems of censure practiced in the world are reproduced here: motion against the head of state and/or their government, constructive vote of no confidence, vote by simple or absolute majority, dissolution of Parliament, vote of confidence on a legislative bill, a case of Article 49.3 in France. As the head of state, the player must face these attacks led by the opposing party AI. Conversely, as the head of the opposition party, the player can attempt to bring down the regime to trigger new elections or take their place. Political influence and communication, the formation (or destruction) of political coalitions, are essential to emerge as the winner in these situations.Besides these actions, the party AI can at any time form coalitions, dissolve coalitions - including the player-head of state's - disappear, change party leaders, or create new parties.New settings for parties have been added, which determine the level of activity of parties managed by the AI.
• Management of Personal Fortune
  As a politician or businessman, players can grow their fortune. Various options are available: increase wealth, buy and sell valuable items (cars, private jets, paintings, yachts, diamonds...), build luxurious properties, stock market speculation… Wealth is one means to influence power either individually or in public opinion by creating, for example, foundations dedicated to certain causes, or by financing an association, a religion, or a political party.The ranking of the wealthy is constantly updated, and a scenario is devoted to the champions of the "bling".
• European Defense
  As the head of a European Union country, the player can benefit from EU aid to strengthen their defense. You can go even further by trying to create a veritable European army by encouraging other countries to join the coalition.The "War in Europe" scenario plunges the player into a military crisis in Europe after the US withdraws from NATO, and the Baltic countries are threatened with attack by Russia.
• Development of AI and Robots
  The game simulates the development of artificial intelligence and robotics and their impact on society, especially in terms of employment. The player can implement a technological transition in the State and in the public sector. They can also take advantage by taxing these technologies to compensate for the loss of jobs and redistribute the economic benefits more equitably.
• Other functions and topics
  -Increase in game speed: the passage of time has been accelerated (more than 30% for the passage of a year compared to 2024 version), more realistic speed for units moving on the map with a dynamic adaptation of military units over long distances (missiles, aircraft, ships…)-Economic Attractiveness: foreign companies expanding into national territory increases employment and raises the GDP, tax and social revenues. Various tools are available to the player to mix it up: advantageous taxation, public services, infrastructures, innovations or even subsidies. A worldwide ranking has been created. Companies can conduct attractiveness audits to better choose the country in which to build.-Universal Basic Income: this addresses an ideological vision of society and also a future context where a large number of jobs will be replaced by AI or robots. Setting the amount, the portion accorded to minors, funding, the difficulty in having it voted on in Parliament: so many challenges for the player who wants to implement it. A scenario devoted to this is included.-Nuclear Umbrella: this is the guarantee that a country possessing atomic weapons will defend a non-nuclear country. Nuclear umbrellas are included in alliance agreements; the play can cancel it or propose a new one. Such an accord obligates the protectors to act in the event of an attack and the protected to prioritize weapons trading with their protector.-Management of Military Coalitions: if the player wishes, there is the possibility of directing all armies of the coalition of countries that their nation belongs to. They can also change the way unit banners are displayed on the military map.-US Supreme Court: they have a role in the American legislative process. Justices can strike down legislation that goes against the US Constitution. The player as head of state can try to influence them.-Worldwide Laws: as a member of the G20, the player can propose new legislation applicable to every country of the world. Extensive lobbying will be required to achieve these goals.-Electoral Threshold: this new legislation defines the percentage below which a party will not be represented in Parliament.-Realistic Contexts: new American policies (tariffs, budgetary policies, immigration...) at the start of the game. A new scenario has been added in which the player takes the role of the American president and must try to be elected for a third term.

PLAY AS THE HEAD OF STATE

Over one thousand playable actions. At the country’s helm, the player/head of state can act in many areas: budget, taxation (nearly thirty types of taxes), currency, economy (over 130 economic activities), foreign and domestic affairs, defense, society, labor, health, social security, education, environment, transportation, culture, and more.Propose bills to be voted on in Parliament, for example: setting social welfare benefit minimums, changing the retirement age, developing atomic weapons in secret, subsidizing the auto industry, hiring teachers, defining the powers of unions, setting speed limits on roads, regulating prostitution, creating an international film festival, etc.The player can also construct elements on the world map, which will change accordingly: nuclear plants, wind farms, military bases, pipelines, high-speed train lines, airports, and many more.

PLAY AS THE OPPOSITION

At the head of a legal or illegal organization, the player can take power by force, revolution, diplomacy, or democratic election. To that end, players have many actions at their disposal: manage the budget of the party or illegal organization, intervention in the media, give voting advice to Parliament, launch protest movements, lobbying, manipulation of influential persons, funding or recruitment campaigns, creation of violent cells, purchase military equipment, raise an army, seek allies, engage in armed conflict... During elections, players must manage their campaign budget, establish their political agenda, complete their meeting itinerary, confront their adversary in televised debates…

PLAY AS THE CEO OF A MULTINATIONAL CORPORATION

As the head of one or more of these companies, you have all the tools and all the information necessary to lead and develop your companies.Each company's data is precisely detailed: revenue, market shares, sales by product, competition, shareholders, staffing, balance sheet...You must engage in multiple activities within the company: production, commerce, marketing, human resources, finances, taxation, research, security, legal, and politics.You'll have advisors in various domains and you can also speak to your banker, shareholder representative, or union leader.Reaching these goals - for example, becoming one of the largest multinational companies in the world or joining the ranks of the billionaire class - will also require resolving conflicts with the union AI, demonstrating sound strategy concerning the competition by making financial decisions (takeover bids, creation of subsidiaries, initial public offerings…), even crossing over to the dark side (along with the risks involved) by engaging in malfeasance of all kinds (paying out kickbacks, tax evasion, tax fraud, illegal price fixing, political lobbying).

LOBBYIST AND CHARACTER AI

All actions of the player as head of state or opposition have repercussions and lobbies, social groups, and important national and international figures will intervene if their artificial intelligence deems necessary (press interviews, resignations, protests, strikes, unrest, blocked roads, wars...).To prevent tensions or forge alliances, the player can meet any figure during the meeting or intervene in the media (more than 12 hours of dialogue in the game).

REALISTIC WARGAMES AND CITY BATTLE PHASES

The world map incorporates all places of conflict down to the smallest detail: occupied territories, besieged cities, locations of military units, international military bases, personnel and equipment of terrorist groups...As a warlord, players can direct all of their units from real bases during military conflicts. City battles are shown on precise maps with all the major buildings and intersections. The players, according to the side they represent, can direct police, hooligans, military personnel or armed extremists to these locations and construct barricades, send in snipers, loot the banks, or have armoured vehicles move in.

SECRET SERVICES

Secret services play an important role. They have an arsenal of espionage and special operations: reveal scandals about an opposing political party, dismantle terrorist networks, sabotage foreign infrastructure, assassinate an opponent, send reconnaissance drones or position satellites to locate enemy units, etc.

INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

International organizations (over 50 organizations included) play an important role. At the UN, for example, the player can denounce a nation in order to obtain the Security Council’s authorization for a military intervention. The player can also create his or her own organization.

SIMULATION OF MAJOR GLOBAL THREATS

Geopolitical Simulator 2026 simulates all the major perils that threaten the planet and produces a comprehensive assessment for each one from the results along with specific graphics. The list of threats is substantial and many of them are interconnected: global warming, the widening of social inequality, the risk of global atomic war, overpopulation, unemployment, atmospheric pollution, terrorism, cybercrime, regional conflicts, food insecurity, world hunger, deforestation, natural disasters (storms, floods, drought, extreme heat...), rising sea levels, ocean acidity, disappearance of animal species, climate refugees, epidemics, endocrine-disrupting chemicals…
