GeTrix is a really fun little puzzle game that caught my attention because it takes a familiar block falling formula and gives it a completely different way to play. Instead of only using a keyboard, I can use a webcam and hand gestures to control the blocks. I liked the novelty immediately because moving pieces with my hands feels much more unusual than simply pressing keys. The gesture controls are the main attraction here. I move the block with different fingers, rotate it with my palm and make it fall faster with another gesture. Once I get used to the movements, it feels surprisingly natural, although there is definitely a learning period where I have to think about what my hands are doing. I also appreciate that traditional keyboard controls are available when I want something more familiar. I enjoyed the simple puzzle loop because it is easy to understand but still gives me plenty of room to improve. Stacking blocks is familiar territory, yet the gesture controls make me pay attention in a different way. This was one of the most simplified Tetris game you can make with it's quality and it was some buggy for me for Gesture Mode crashed the game so I had to shut the game down and open it again but the reason could have been because I had no camera it could use so I could play that mode but also about moving from left to right was really buggy from time to time with I had to press it more than once to move one space and then this also missing to give a real goal in this game like have a leaderboard so you can try to beat friends or just come further in the world leaderboard for a game like this and lastly the crazy mode, i felt it missed things to call itself the crazy mode and was to boring and could add more things to that like something if you touch this flying orb it's freeze the block in the air or add some block with unique abilities could make it more fitting for crazy mode title
