Summer Pockets

I haven’t gone through many vn so my take on the genre’s pretty limited, but Summer Pockets is easily top tier out of all I’ve played. It’s a Key title with Jun Maeda as lead writer, so u know there’s real depth hiding under that sunny summer vibe. The cgs, story depth and va work are all flawless, and it nails emotional beats perfectly. I always feel Key doesn’t just do surface level romance. They hit u right in the feels with family themes instead, and this game’s no different. My personal fav is Ao’s route. Her character writing and VA are so well done. I prob won’t forget this vn anytime soon.

The atmosphere is sooo perfect, opening and ending theme straight up banger and never get bored for listen it over and over, beautiful soundtrack, and lovable main and side character. Can't count how many times I laugh when reading this vn. And yeah the playtime is very long Thanks to Ao screaming all the time my ear is deaf now.

Absolute Cinema.

个人通关的第四部key社作品，之前的分别是Air，Clannad，以及rewrite。既然是key社的，剧情当然是少不了奇迹的了，四个女主看似平凡，实则都是有神秘色彩的角色。由于游戏游玩的时间跨度有点大，动画tv化也是前不久出完，个人对白羽和苍的路线印象淡薄了，所以刚好动画也让个人重温了一遍故事发展。游戏游玩顺序是白羽→苍→䌷→鸥→羽未(Alka）→Pocket，白羽线其实留到后面体验效果更佳，毕竟是接着羽未线的，TV女主路线顺序恰好跟我是反着来的，很好弥补了观看效果。按个人线说的话，个人比较喜欢鸥，故事发展整体偏奇幻冒险，一层一层揭开鸥的来历，就是结局太开放式了。其他三个也很有特色，苍给我感觉就是工口搞笑女，䌷不用说，姆Q姆Q地很可爱，白羽就是典型的三无少女。单论白羽线的话比较一般，因为她的路线跟Alka和Pocket连在一起才算是一个整体，三线合一也让我了解主题以及更喜欢她的故事。Pocket线就是母女之间的相互救赎，可以说基本没羽依里什么事了，同时也了解到暑假如果没有羽未的引导，羽依里的暑假是过得多么无聊和错过了多么多的邂逅，倒不如说整理外婆遗物本来才是来鸟白岛的正事，泡妹子才是顺带的吧，最后该说是世界线的收束吗，临近结尾见到了羽未最后一面，这里是真的泪崩，结局虽然有点牵强，但好歹没有互相错过。至于岛可梦小游戏也简单说一下，个人是不太喜欢这种视觉小说里塞个小游戏的，所幸也不是很难，优先把四天王的诱饵搞到手，有了四天王基本就可以一路碾压了，就是打蓝的时候不能海陆空三属性各一个，她出的第一个属性是必定克制我方的，别问我为什么知道的，反正后面我是用两个相同的属性再加另一个不同的就过了。BGM最有感觉的是Sea，You&Me和夏を刻んだ、波の音は，前者真的太有夏天暑假愉快玩耍的氛围了。后者每次剧情高潮听的都有点泪崩的感觉。至于之后会不会补SPRB也不好说，虽说有新增的女角色路线和剧情，但短时间内应该不会碰吧。另外预祝每个玩Summer Pocket的玩家都有个愉快的暑假。

The VN that introduced me to Key's works, loved it. I recommend buying Summer Pockets Reflection Blue as it has more routes, content, and a more satisfying ending.

They did it again. Been a while since I played Little Busters so prolly forgot some parts of it but they, again, made a VN where choosing a route would have moral implications due to the fact that MC plays a huge role in the circumstances of the heroines. On another note, the ost/bgm fits the mood of the situations and heroine specific ones actually fits the character of the heroines and made their routes more memorable Edit: Just finished another route and it was odd to compare this to Little Busters. This having more fantasy elements and the routes having a common link leads to a whole different experience
