Finally finished the game. One of the best stealth game out there. Waiting for the next game deserter. 10/10 for me.

Gone Rogue doesn't feel like a true stealth game when you can't even incapacitate anyone or move bodies, it feels more like solving puzzles given the pause mechanic and how many times you have few options to move on. I had to do a lot of trial and error to understand how some mechanics work and how to do a lot of break-ins, wether mandatory or not. The tool system is very weird, I can understand a bad lockpick or crowbar can break, but once you get professional tools they can also break? A good lockpick and a good thief will never break them, for example. Perks and skills are largely unbalanced, some are really good or even broken while others are meh or very situational. Story is more of a filler rather than interesting. Game's fun once you get through some hoops and know what you have to do but it can take time.

Gone Rogue, developed and published by AskaLot Games, offers players a unique blend of stealth, strategy, and role-playing set in a richly atmospheric dystopian city. The game invites you into the shadowy world of a professional thief, where meticulous planning and clever execution are essential to pulling off high-stakes heists. Rather than relying on fast-paced action, the gameplay emphasizes patience, observation, and thoughtful decision-making, crafting an experience that feels both immersive and rewarding for fans of stealth-driven titles. Set against a backdrop inspired by mid-20th-century Europe, the game’s narrative weaves dark humor and social satire into a richly textured world. As you navigate the grimy city streets, dimly lit alleyways, and guarded estates, you uncover a story that comments on corruption, power, and survival. Each location feels alive with detail—hidden rooms, overheard conversations, and subtle environmental clues encourage exploration and add depth to the unfolding tale. The top-down perspective provides a clear strategic overview, allowing players to carefully survey their surroundings and plan every move with precision. Gone Rogue’s core gameplay …
