The game is too old for modern computers. The controls do not function like climbing ladders and picking locks. That makes it unplayeable. It took help from the online computer just to get the mouse to work. I played these games for 100's of hours back in the day (the 90's, really?). I somehow missed this one, but, alas, it is not meant to be. Had to refund it after an hour of frustration.

An over ambitious game that wanted it all and ended up screwing up both first person and 3rd person. Despite having terrible movement, this game somehow manages to be still really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ good due to its fantastic level design, unique ideas, and the still solid as ever writing. Fantastic game. I am also really glad that it went back to the horror elements of Gold. That was really cool. 8/10
A brilliant game that is still decades ahead of its time. However, its so clunky and annoying and kinda glitchy its just hard to enjoy. I honestly think if this released today with only quality of life improvements it would go gangbusters.
The story of this game is still one of the best amongst all video games. A remake of this game would probably be very successful.
Game seems really promising and cool. Couldn't get past the tutorial due to a bug with the lockpicking. Tried it with vsync on and off, but not luck. Apparently there is a community patch to fix it, but I didn't want to deal with all that.
