About Hive Slayer
An endless legion of alien monstrosities, the XenoHorde threatens mankind’s galactic empire. You are the last surviving member of the Hive Slayers, the galaxy’s best and last defense against alien threats. Equipped with your matrix gauntlet and plasma blaster your mission, designated B.A.B., is as simple as it is deadly; to survive the endless XenoHorde and bring mankind back from the brink you must Blast All Bugs.

This is a very simple game, but that's to be expected from something you can get for free. It's amusing, and a good way to enjoy some simple VR fun. It controls well, much better than some other VR shooters I've played, and has solid graphics especially at the (nonexistent) pricetag. Each game of Arcade mode takes around 8-10 minutes depending on your skill, and is overall just a bit of fun. Easy for a short VR session, and the lack of any movement means this is a great game for new VR players to get their feet wet without worrying so much about possible nausea issues. Also, the fact that you're basically standing in one place means that even small VR play areas work well for it; you definitely don't need a full room-scale area available. Overall, it's a fun, free experience and makes a great jumping-in point for beginners.1 found this helpful

Сначала может показаться, что все однообразно, но с каждой волной враги становятся сильнее и разнообразнее, заставляя вас адаптироваться и улучшать свои навыки. Понравился выбор оружия, каждое из которых имеет свои особенности и эффективно против разных типов врагов. Система прокачки персонажа позволяет настраивать его под свой стиль игры, улучшая характеристики и открывая новые способности. Графика в игре простенькая, но вполне приятная глазу. Она не отвлекает от игрового процесса и позволяет сосредоточиться на уничтожении жуков. Главное - динамика и драйв, которые в 'Hive Slayer' ощущаются на все сто. Не хватает, пожалуй, разнообразия в локациях. Постоянно сражаться на одной и той же арене может немного наскучить. В целом, 'Hive Slayer' - отличный выбор для тех, кто хочет быстро и весело провести время, уничтожая орды инопланетных захватчиков. Рекомендую!
