About Ho-Ho-Home Invasion

Ho-Ho-Home Invasion is a free festive stealth micro-game that we definitely didn't consider calling "Santa Game Solid". Help Santa enter houses, deliver presents, and leave - all without being seen or detected by the automated robots his elves have made to help him train.

ELF-MADE STEALTH TRAINING WAREHOUSE

The year was 2020, and due to social distancing requirements, Santa couldn't undertake his normal training. Thankfully, his elves crafted a fully automated Santa training area in a disused warehouse - with lots of "houses" for Santa to sneak his way through. Who knew this would still be useful for years to come?! Help Santa complete his training ahead of the Christmas period, by sneaking through all seven house layouts to deliver presents in record time.

YOU BETTER WATCH OUT

Make your way through fake houses, past fake robot residents, and place some fake presents. Be sure to:
  • Tiptoe to be quiet
  • Avoid training robots
  • Place presents
  • Safely escape the house
And most importantly
  • Be extra stealthy

TRAINING ROBOTS

Make sure you avoid:
  • Watchers - tiptoe past them when their head is buried in a book
  • Sleepers - quietly place presents in the stockings at the foot of their bed
  • And Patrollers - wait until their back is turned before making a run for it!

Players enjoy this indie game for its fun, quirky concept and surprising difficulty that keeps them engaged without becoming frustrating. Common praise includes the humorous Christmas and pop culture references, cute presentation, and achievement-focused replayability. However, players report technical issues like inconsistent hitboxes on interactive elements, missing door prompts that cause unfair catches, and achievement bugs that don't properly register completed challenges.

Surprisingly difficult, this is a fun and engaging game. We loved the Christmas puns and the Metal Gear references. Definitely give this game a try!

A simple free-to-play indie game with just one goal and one rule. Deliver the presents without getting caught. Rather than actually just delivering presents to all the good boys and girls, it is more about having a training course for Santa for the preparation of Christmas Eve, instead of having actual people living in their homes. It is actually trained by robots to find Santa like a normal human. Well, sort of when moving around and sleeping. The game is, as usual, casual as I expected. A simple and casual Santa simulator where there is nothing fancy, but sneak into people's homes from robots, and it is actually a good enough game to play. Although the moment of Santa is a bit slow and does not have enough movements like crouching, rolling, or sleep powder throw or other stealth abilities that the old Saint Nick has, it is still good enough. But at least I get to eat cookies in the game, but I can't even get to drink milk. But there is one thing I like most about the game is the soundtrack. When I almost got caught, I could hear the hip-hop trap beat from the song. And for a casual game, I really like how they did with the music in this game. There is nothing much I can say abo…

Fairly fun game. Good concept. The game was more difficult than expected and just frustrating enough to keep me playing but not quitting. Sometimes the hit boxes on the doors or cookies were weird and there was a couple times I got caught because the prompt to close a door just wouldn't show up. Otherwise good game if you're just trying to get some Christmas cheer. Since there's lots of achievements I thought I'd go and beat my times but on the second level I beat my old time by over a minute but didn't get the achievement so watch out for achievement bugs I guess.
