Horny Elf is a short adult game about a girl who lives in a forest cabin during winter and suddenly finds an exhausted Christmas elf. The elf has no energy and needs our help. She doesn’t need food or anything else. Only our body to restore her magical power, which we gladly agree to. Visually, the game is well made, but gameplay-wise it’s boring. Short but nice lesbian scene based game. There's a story, very basic and simple, and then followed by a bunch of scenes until the game is complete. My two complaints would be there's no sandbox or gallery mode. And the moaning sounds were a bit repetitive. Still, it was nice. Animations weren't spectacular, but they were done well enough.

There's a lack of variety, but the character makes up for it. The elf is really cute.

Well, if I wasn't going to be able to hold off the horrifying onset of the encroaching commercial/holiday season, at least I could let it in with a bang (or what looks rather like several, in a row, in fact). But on a serious note: the models looks good, the action looks consistent at [i]nearly[/i] all preset angles (other than one scene where one of the views inexplicably includes shaky-cam not seen in the other two, and another where ... something ... blinks in and out). It's actually longer than I expected, yet still short and sweet ([spoiler]having control over pace makes a huge difference to the overall time[/spoiler]). And achievements are [i]beyond[/i] easy (like [i]impossible not to get[/i] 'beyond easy') ... with a little patience. On that note: looking at the achievements it seems most people drop off between 3 and 4 which... I get. There's up to a half an hour between them while the rest are minutes apart. It's a weird lapse of pacing, but to be honest I don't think it's really that much of a task to wait it out. Okay. There's one more pun I just have to let out: Christmas [i]definitely[/i] came early this year.

This one doesn’t take itself too seriously, and that’s exactly what makes it fun. The gameplay is light-hearted, with enough charm to make it an easy pick-up-and-play experience. The visuals are solid, and the humor keeps things from feeling too heavy-handed, which makes it a refreshing break from more intense titles.
