Short and simple which I like. I like this VN style more than the "Faulty Apprentice" gameplay style too.

Short, but a really fun romp around in the beloved Faulty Apprentice universe. I didnt really know what to expect but this is more like the story dlc's for Faulty Apprentice rather than a full blown game of its own and continuation of the story, but it is well worth the price. The artstyle is top notch, gotta love the designs and the animations are also surprisingly good. Beyond that, the game retains much of the humor of its predecessor and its written quite well, the characters are consistent with the main game, generally very loveable and fun to be around, tho its clearly much more quick paced, one could even say rushed since what I assumed would be a fun side adventure actually does connect to the overarcing story, something that was a very nice surprise, but came at a cost of not being able to really take time with either the main girls, nor the buildup for the future storytelling. I appreciate them trying to keep the world moving forward even in games that clearly have other main objectives... and those objectives are very well fulfilled here :D Tho I have noticed some bugs that are still around, nothing too big but some animations seem to sort of skip without input and …

Can't say I'm thrilled. couldn't play this until I got a controller... WHY DOES A "VISUAL NOVEL" game for a PC based purchase system REQUIRE a controller? I finally get to play it and the interface is all garbage. Yeah, I'm not good with controllers, but tell me Why are half the menu options mapped to keys instead of mapped to a start \ select button? Why after telling me I Must have a controller is mouse an option? 26 minutes in and I've opened the save menu 4 times because it's mapped to the up arrow vs using the d-pad as directional control. and again, it's not a FPS, there's no action really... so WHY IS THIS CONTROLLER BASED seems to me like they wanted to launch it for steam deck and just got lazy configuring the controls for the rest of us. Same artwork and style as Faulty Apprentice... been a while since I played it, so it was nice to see the characters back, but it just feels all janky because I'm here playing a visual novel style game while holding a freaking controller in my hands. Update: 2.5 hours - two full playthroughs. First game took me weeks with all sorts of options, this one, barely anything. I can't say it's changed my mind, the game is clunk…

It's just ok. Too much silly story, not enough spicy action. 6/10

The game delivers on what it promises. The story... well, I honestly don't even remember what it was about. But let’s be real, no one’s here for the plot, right? The scenes are well done, and I love the artwork. I just wish it were a bit longer.

Decent animations and story. The amount of animations and voice acting is great. The variety of content is quite large, two complaints the controller scheme is awful and its a little short. The story is actually fairly good and the art style is far from generic.
