Hunting Unlimited 3 arrives from the era when SCS Software was experimenting with how expansive and approachable a hunting simulator could be without leaning too heavily on realism. As the third entry in the long-running series, it attempts to broaden the scale of the experience by introducing more environments, more species, more equipment, and new ways to traverse the landscape. Even today, the game presents a clear ambition: it wants to offer a large hunting playground where players can choose their pace, their targets, and their style of hunting without being constrained by survival mechanics or overly technical systems. It is a game that prioritizes accessibility and content variety over deep simulation, and this identity defines both its appeal and its limitations. The most immediately striking feature of Hunting Unlimited 3 is its range. It gives players a surprisingly wide array of areas to explore, including multiple North American regions and an additional African setting that expands the roster of animals you can hunt. I hunt in real life and this is one of the most accurate representations of hunting in a game
Main menu launches in the wrong resolution, if I change the resolution to a lower one everyhign looks like crap even if I change it back ingame, I dont feel like strunggling to get this working properly so I'll refund it.
