About I Told You So!
Join paranormal investigator Tara and her girlfriend Morgan as they tackle supernatural mysteries in this comedic visual novel spinoff packed with short, dubiously-canon episodes featuring the cast of Heart of the Woods. Fully voiced by the original cast and dripping with gay energy, this bite-sized series delivers irreverent humor and paranormal chaos that'll make you laugh out loud.
"I Told You So!" is the name of Tara Bryck's paranormal investigation webshow, after renaming her hit series "Taranormal." Join Tara and her co-host/girlfriend, Morgan Fischer, as they unravel the mysteries of the supernatural.
ITYS consists of several short, dubiously-canon episodes, with more added every now and then. Many episodes are fully voiced by the original voice cast.
Look. I get it. It's hard to accept the truth of the paranormal nature of the world, especially when it's been right under your nose for years. What a fool I am, you think. How could I have doubted her, when week after week she would present such irrefutable evidence of the existence the strange and the occult? Well, I'm here to tell you that you should ABSOLUTELY feel this way, because I TOLD YOU SO!
That's right! It's Tara here, the world's first ACTUAL! PROVEN! PARANORMAL INVESTIGATOR! WHO FOUND REAL THINGS! AND GOT IT ALL ON TAPE!
Things are gonna change around here. I got big plans, and I can't do them alone, and I'm sure you've already seen my kick-ass new logo so you know there's a new face here on the set of the webshow that changed the world. Watch out!!!! IT'S GONNA BE SO COOL!!!!!!!

A really wonderful gift for those who have finished Heart of the Woods. It gets into the lives of our characters after the main game, filled with great voice acting, new art, and a shout out to a prior Studio Elan game. They didn't have to do this but they did, and that effort deserves tremendous praise. It makes me extremely happy that this exists and you must absolutely read it after finishing the base game. The remixes of the original soundtrack are also a delight.
Guys this game is so gay and so peak PLAY THIS GAME
Tara is love. Tara is life. I told you so..... wait that's the NAME OF THE GAYMEEEEEE
Cute short post-game stories for Heart of the Woods!
It's adorable as hell, has a unique background art, adorable sprites, and full VA for all of the episodes (rounding out at about an hour. It's definitely a cute little thing to play after finishing Heart of the Woods, but it's mostly the girls going over fan art and doing short sketches and using the word "gay" and using pet names way too many times... and yes, I squealed every single time because I adore these characters. I also love Morgan's new design and she seems so much happier now! I screamed so many times out of pure glee that I'm pretty sure my cats got sick of me. The remixes of the HOTW tunes are fantastic, too! Only criticism I can think of (for a free game!) are that there's no place to buy the 8-bit remixed music, and there's no credits! I know it's the same team as HOTW, but there should be some credits! And let me buy the soundtrack and SUPPORT YOUR TEAM, DANG IT!!
