ICEBOX speedgunner is a game with simplistic yet under the hood complex design. The mechanics for shooting and activating different doors to get your way through the level as fast as possible. This is a speed game that id mainly recommend to beginners who are looking at getting into speed games or potentially speed running. This also works as a game to compete with friends or a game to best the leader board in your spare time as it has an easy learning curve. Over all id recommend this game to really anyone

You’re immediately thrown into the first level, pick up your first gun and then you’re off running. As you speed through the levels guards will shoot at you to try and stop you, shooting them before you take too much damage is the aim of the game. However, you are also on a time limit to get through the level, so speed is also vital to your success. The use of the ‘Glitch’ feature also adds another dimension to getting through the levels. Using ‘Glitch’ allows you to slow down time and correct your mistakes or maneuver past enemies, it is a handy tool to have as the speed of the game can often result in a lot of mistakes. The futuristic style of the levels is really pleasing to the eye, and the music creates a rather relaxing background sound that doesn’t distract from the level. I'm a speedrunner and came across this game in a facebook group. Now, I'm pretty bad at most shooters, so when this game was brought to my attention I ignored it, at first anyway. But then people started talking about it and how fun a speedgame it was and I decided I would give it a shot. I've only run the tutorial and first level so far but I'm pretty pumped to learn more about this game. So far it seems that the end goal is simply to go fast. There are enemies, and they have decent aim, but not godly, and not stormtrooper. It seems well balanced. The controls were a bit sticky for me at first, but there's a decent amount of options to make it run smoother and to each person's personal taste. Like most games, the graphics started out at the EPIC setting, but the game still ran decently enough for me to adjust it without having to wait an age and a day to be able to move the mouse(looking at you Fallout 4) Once you get into the main gameplay, it's pretty smooth. You get a gun, dunno how ammo really works as I focused more on Fast and less on Shoot, which this game lets you do. You can fight, or you can run. Or you can fight AND run. Very fun game. Controls are solid but you really gotta be careful. For 2USD its a fantastic deal and has a solid amount of hours in it. Lots of options to replay levels differently too. Graphics are not insane but like the game they are fast and with an older R9 390 I can push 120FPS on ultra no problem. It's an older game but definitely worth it in my opinion.
