You've finally gained access to the world's most popular form of entertainment. Live up to the chance you've been given and complete the various courses as quickly as possible to make history. To do this, you'll have to perfect every move and every shot, making the most of every asset you've got.
There's no more rules when you aime for your ultimate goal: winning the title by beating the actual best score! It's your last chance to survive in this mad world...
Find your way through a series of challenging levels where you'll need to be precise in your movements to reach the end. Use your jumping and dashing skills, as well as your movement freezing gun, to your advantage, and don't fall off - it'll take you right back to where you started.

Игра "Gauntlet" представляет собой захватывающий, но довольно устаревший dungeon crawler, который и сейчас может подарить много фана фанатам жанра. Четыре классических героя – воин, валькирия, волшебник и эльф – сражаются с бесконечными ордами монстров в случайно генерируемых подземельях. Главный кайф "Gauntlet" - это кооператив, когда с друзьями ты стараешься выжить, попутно деля съестные припасы и ключи. Геймплей довольно однообразен (беги и стреляй), но постоянное чувство опасности и жажда набрать как можно больше сокровищ не дают заскучать. Визуально игра ощущается устаревшей, но пиксельная графика имеет свой шарм. Звуковое сопровождение, состоящее из повторяющихся фраз и узнаваемых мелодий, добавляет ностальгии. Игра идеально подходит для коротких сессий с друзьями, чтобы весело провести время, но для игры в одиночку "Gauntlet" может быстро наскучить из-за своей повторяемости. Если вы фанат классических аркад и кооперативных игр, то "Gauntlet" – это игра, которую стоит попробовать.
