About Imperi II
Imperi II continues where the first Imperi left off. You became King of the Imperi province that you grew but now the Imperi decides that you have served your purpose and must step down. Not wanting to yield your kingdom, you decide that you would rather go to war with the Imperi instead. Their empire is much larger than yours and so is their army. Use wits to make good political decisions to defeat the Imperi and become Emperor of the free world!
F E A T U R E S :
- Simple to use and intuitive point-and-click interface
- Challenging, but balanced, management simulation experience
- Smart AI helps balance grain shortages to minimize calamity during famine
- Text-based Strategy Simulation
- Turn-based rounds (3 turns per month)
I M P R O V E M E N T S :
- Turns are per month now instead of per season (allows more turns per year)
- Age is now a factor. Due to complaints, the immortal ruler is gone. You must work within human age constraints.
- Your actions determine the Public Approval Rating. Let it drop too low and the people will revolt and dethrone you.
- The ability to hire clerics. They help contain disease, add to the contentment of the people, and help extend your life too.
- Start with a full Province this time (starts at minimum stats required to beat the first game.)
- You must also prepare for raids from the Imperi armies as well. The war is now symmetrical.
Click strategy that is fun and affordable. Every attempt was made to listen to all customer feedback from the first Imperi and improve upon the concept for this one. We thank all who purchased that game and gave us feedback. We hope you will try this one too!

What Steam players say

Imperi 2 is a Java based browser app that seems to have been dumped on Steam as a paid product (unclear why... unethical behaviour? Or a dev who generally thinks Steam is for Java browser apps?). It's a direct copy + paste of Imperi 1, except the developer cleverly reskinned it in the hopes people wouldn't notice he's dumped the same garbage Java browser app onto Steam twice. Well, we noticed, and it's still garbage. Anyway, since the entire game is a copy + paste (asset flipping begins at home!), I don't think anyone will complain if my review is also copy + pasted from Imperi 1. The defects are the same. This is a really bad text based number/RNG survival game where you run a kingdom and allocate your resources on planting food, hiring soldiers etc, then hitting the end turn button to see what RNG events drain your resources. These games have been around for a while, so I can't really say this is just a lame ripoff of Dead in Bermuda, rather, Dead in Bermuda is another me-too in that old, dead gaming genre. But if it helps you to think of this as a bad ripoff of Dead in Bermuda, it will help to understand why nobody should buy this Java based "I can't believe this isn't a…3 found this helpful

MUCH harder than the original. It's harder to get started, but at least there's a clear end goal this time, take over your enemies land before they take yours!1 found this helpful
