In My Bubble •° is a cute little 3D platformer that caught me off guard with how much it actually gives me to do. I am playing as a child in a dream world where the sheep that normally deliver dreams have been corrupted by a strange shadow. My job is to rescue them, deal with the nightmares and eventually bring the morning back to the world. It has a very colourful and harmless look to it, but there is a decent adventure underneath all of that, and I like how much the bubble mechanic is built into nearly everything I do. The bubble system is easily my favourite part. I have a Bubble Stick that lets me create bubbles which can be used to attack corrupted sheep and other enemies, but I can also bounce on them and use them as platforms. That makes the bubbles useful for both combat and movement, so I am constantly thinking about where I should create one and whether I should use it to reach somewhere or deal with an enemy. The Bubble Dash also gives the combat a bit more energy and helps the game feel like more than a basic collectathon. I also like the way the game mixes platforming with exploration. I speedran the first level in 3.35 minutes btw js sayin also this game is so peak that i don't even need to use the intended way to beat the levels, which i love, because i could give myself challenges like 'don't touch any colored bubble', which made the game very replayable. Overall, a very nice game. I reccomend.
