FIX FOR THE CRASH AT THE LAGRANGE POINT: This port is delivered in a weird state, as the Steam "Play" button starts the wrong exe file. For this game to work properly, you need to run it with the 3dfx emulation, which is delivered with the game: Go into the game directory, there are two files there: 1. run `nglide_config.exe` to configure your 3dfx emulation resolution (I've set 1920x1080) 2. run `iwar_start.exe` to start the game in 3dfx mode This starts the game with 3dfx emulation, and stops it from crashing on the Lagrange point. watch your speed
The only problem with this game is you have to find the manual again and read through it. In addition, the major problem kb inputs and video. Mainly the video as with multiple screen, it doesn't focus the game to one screen. But for $1.19, you can't really complain.
This game is still awesome to this day. But It need a overhaul to not crash during cutscens
