Quick tips for making the top 10

Game Modes - You earn the most points by completing Game Modes

Mode selection begins when the middle mushroom eats the ball. By completing game modes, you earn a lot of points, and new modes will unlock as you progress.

Skill & Combo Shots - Your path to the Extra Ball starts here

When you see the metal rails moving, it means a combo or skill shot opportunity is active. These shots are a great way to earn points. A successful combo skill shot returns the ball to the plunger, giving you a chance to attempt the Extra Ball skill shot.

Special Modes - Chase the ball into alternate dimensions

Find a way to unlock Special Modes, and flow through the melodies with perfect rhythm to make your score skyrocket.

Multiball - Jackpots grow with every locked ball

During Multiball, every mushroom on the playfield turns into a Jackpot target. Jackpot value is determined by how many balls are locked when Multiball begins.

Bonus Multiplier - Boost your game mode completion bonus, up to 4X

Earn even more points from game modes by increasing your bonus multiplier. Light up all the top lanes by passing the ball through each one.

Nudging - Don’t be shy. This machine likes it rough

Standing still won’t get you anywhere. Get physical. This baby wants action, and it likes it rough. Shake it and slap it like you mean it. If it tilts, you might’ve gone too far… or maybe not far enough.

Difficulty Multiplier - Find the perfect balance for your playstyle

Crank up the table difficulty to boost your point multiplier. Shrink the flippers, raise the challenge of game modes, and fine-tune how easily the machine tilts.

Mushroom Multiplier - Every flip matters. Build it, don't burn it.

As long as no game mode is active, the Mushroom Multiplier grows every time the ball rolls over the inlane switches. Once a game mode begins, you start with the multiplier you’ve built up and have a chance to score big, but every flipper press reduces your multiplier.

Alright, so when I first bought this it would not load, been a long time fan of IM, so wanted to get it to support them either way. Today (5/10/2026) I am playing it and it loaded up, I could change my settings and the menus worked. Maybe it got an update or something, but I was able to walk around and play on Desktop. Played the Pinball. Realized there was some stuff to check out, and then learned I could escape the laundromat with enough effort... The city outside is cool. The police are not a real threat, all talk. It was nice to jump off the edge only to be met with an infinite void. Feels appropriate for an Infected Mushroom game, even if I wasn't supposed to be able to do that. More interactions with the world would make this an experience, for sure. It's fun to play the tape in the VCR. It's cool that you can tune the radio and play with the music, warping it and whatnot. I enjoyed, but also had low expectations.

Another "poor VR performance" review from me. VR mode is the sole reason I purchased this game, and I could never get it to run acceptably. With a Quest 2 hard-wired to my system, it runs below 60fps no matter the graphics settings I use in-game, and nothing changes when lowering the VR headset's resolution/framerate limits either. Another reviewer mentioned that you can't disable resolution scaling at all, and I have this same complaint.. Because even if it ran okay, the entirety of what I see is like looking through a glass pane smeared with petroleum jelly. I have an RX 7800 XT, Core Ultra 7 265k, 64GB RAM, and all SSD storage.. This same machine & VR setup plows through Half Life Alyx like it's nothing, with no graphical weirdness. So it's pretty clear this is not my system's fault here either, and there's zero reason for optimization to be this poor.

A beautiful game. I’ve watched videos about it, but it doesn’t support all the graphics cards in PES. I hope you can find a solution for it.

As a long-time Infected Mushroom fan, I went into Infected Mushroom Pinball with a lot of excitement — and overall, it’s been a really interesting experience. First off, the vibe is absolutely on point. The music, visuals, and overall theme capture that signature Infected Mushroom energy really well. It doesn’t feel like a generic pinball game with a skin — it genuinely feels like a tribute to their style. The sound design especially stands out, and when everything flows together during gameplay, it creates some really immersive moments. The developers have also clearly been putting in the work. Compared to earlier impressions, the game feels more stable now — menus are smoother, settings behave properly, and the physics have improved. The addition of different game modes (like the lightweight mode) is a great touch and adds some variety. That said, there are still a few areas where the game could improve: Physics consistency: While better than before, the ball can still feel unpredictable at times. Some fine-tuning here would go a long way in making the gameplay feel more polished and skill-based. Difficulty curve: Even on easier settings, the table feels quite challenging. It…
