About Island of Aito
Aito has always been unlucky. For one thing, he was demoted at his job. Then his girlfriend broke up with him. And just as he thought things couldn't get any worse, the airplane he's on crashes into the ocean. Stranded on a beautiful desert island, will his luck finally turn around?
• Take on the role of Aito, a 26-year-old salaryman who survived a fiery plane crash.
• Maintain and manage your health, hydration, nutrition, sanity and the condition of your shelter.
• Build a relationship with one (or all) of the three girls who also survived.
• Stay alive long enough to uncover the island's secrets and find rescue.
• Confront the dangers lurking on the island; a large pool of randomized events ensures that your survival experience is different every time.
• Be mindful of your decisions; one poor choice can lead to serious problems.

For 2 bucks I would consider this acceptable but for 8 dollars full price this has only 1/3 of the content i'd say you'd need to be fair. Most aggravating of all is that single playthrough from start to finish is conviently only 2 hours long. Too short to be considered a full meal, but too long to have steam refund you. The game suddenly says its futile to leave the island even after you've unlocked raft building and wipes your save after 170 days. I'd consider that acceptable if I never figured out to how leave the island, but apparently after 170 days your charecter basically decides to use the instructions to leave the island as kindling i'm assuming. Furthermore by "serious consequences" there are no instant kill events (as far as I came across) like you'd expect, such as getting an infection from a cut foot or venemous snakes, just mild inconviences. As long as your health doesn't go to zero you can survive anything. Heck the random events are so finely sprinkled between the game you barely come across anything threatening at all. Worst of all there is such a rush to get food and water and other necessities, you don't have any time at all to actually access the visual novel pa…2 found this helpful
A storm tore off the roof of my shelter. I was already pissed off at this point. Then the blonde woman had the audacity to come to me and complain about the roof. I responded as any gentleman would and killed her. It's only natural.2 found this helpful
