Jigsaw Tour is a basic browser/Flash/mobile-app like jigsaw puzzle game. Solve various jigsaw puzzles made up from images that the "developer" stole off the Internet and used without crediting the actual creators, making this plagiarism, as well as an asset flip and a cash grab. An example of the stolen, uncredited/plagiarised artwork is "American Flags on a New York City Building", stolen and used without any apparent permissions or rights from iStock. Sure, the image rights may allow some stock images to be used without credit (although there's no reason to believe so in this case), and claiming credit for the work of others, as is happening here, is unethical, and the creative and intellectual bankruptcy going on here is unacceptable. So what we have here is a basic jigsaw puzzle engine that's been skinned with a bunch of photos stolen off the internet and used without attribution. The icing on the cake is the "developer" here has copy + pasted + reskinned this same asset onto Steam a lot.
An aggressively glitched out game, don't waste your time or money. Bad game. Bad game. Bad game.
And BTW, it has been out since November 2020 and the community hub has zero pictures, comments, etc. , and only one (positive) review? I call shenanigans. The puzzles, at least the few I played, weren't difficult. The problem is the messed up mechanics. Trying to move a piece to see what piece is underneath? It might just stick to the board and become unmovable. Sorting out pieces and putting together the edges? Some might just stick to the board and become unplayable. Put together two pieces that belong together but placed them slightly off? They are now stuck together that way and will affect the placement of the other pieces. Clicked on the "Sort" button to try and un-stick things? Pieces are moved but are now stuck in their new locations. After three out of five different puzzles I played exhibited this infuriating behavior, I had had enough of this game. Just thinking about it right now makes me mad as... Hey developer! Guess what I'm thinking. https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/1814397107767929466/F3AF35E653BC22E9D9817E22C3BF5F8F8C24C394/?imw=5000&imh=5000&…2 found this helpful
