Kingdom Defense is a strategy-focused tower defense game developed by Mikhail Melnikov and published by SA Industry. Built around the familiar mechanics of defending territory against waves of advancing enemies, the game embraces a straightforward design philosophy that focuses on accessibility and basic strategic planning rather than complex systems. It presents a classic medieval fantasy scenario in which the player must protect a kingdom from invading forces by constructing defensive structures along key paths. While the game does not attempt to reinvent the tower defense genre, it aims to deliver a compact and approachable experience that captures the core appeal of strategic base defense. The premise is simple but effective. Enemy armies are marching toward the kingdom, and the player is responsible for stopping them before they reach their destination. Each level represents a battlefield where enemy units follow predetermined routes through the landscape. The player’s task is to strategically place towers and defensive units along these paths in order to intercept the incoming waves. Success depends on anticipating the movement of enemies and building a defensive network cap…
It's not a very difficult game, but since I bought it from the steam random key, you can buy it if you like nice tactical 2D defense games.

The idea of the game was nice, but the mechanics are a bit "rusty". Sometimes your "soldiers" just stay around and don`t attack your enemies. A few more upgrades, towers and level would be nice. But still it was fun to play and a short but cool game.
