Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders is a rare example of a game that successfully combines two genres that are often difficult to merge. Developed by Blueside and published by Blueside and Incredi Soft, this fantasy epic blends real-time strategy with fast-paced action combat, creating an experience that still feels distinctive years after its original release. Rather than placing players exclusively in the role of a commander or a warrior, the game allows them to be both simultaneously, resulting in battles that are as much about tactical planning as they are about personal heroics.
