This game was successfully funded in 2017. It took three years to get a version on Steam, and what we got was basically the same thing we saw in the video three years ago. The game got the odd update here and there since the Steam released, but it's still little more than a proof of concept. After all this time, the game being a rather simple one, I don't think it's acceptable to have so few features and so many bugs. It feels like the developers are giving this game the minimum amount of attention required to avoid possible lawsuits. I've tried the story mode, and I've tried arcade in coop, and I've had no fun whatsoever.5 found this helpful
This game is so much fun! and slightly addictive. Even though it contains weapons and battle , I don't consider it very violent or gory, so I'll definitely play this game with my nieces and nephews next time they come to visit^^1 found this helpful
The game has friendly fire in co-op. Which makes the experience a joke. The coins disappear extremely fast and seem to determine how many stars you get. There's also gated progression which requires a set number of stars per map to progress. Not a very casuals experience for some local co-op. There's also the problem when the game zooms out the entire screen is one big BLUR.1 found this helpful
Short: This game is fun, but best played together with a friend or foe at the couch on a big TV :) Long: I've been following the game since the very early beginning of the development. The first versions was fun even though it was an early alpha. The game evolved and changed a lot since early access, but to the better! The game is overall a good and fun game, but it is possible best on the Nintendo Switch platform. The reason behind that statement, is simply that the Switch is an awesome device for couch co-op games. I haven't bought the game on Switch, but if I had the option, I would do it right away!! :) Even if you don't own a Switch, I recommend trying the steam version here, together with some friends. Basicly it's a bit like Worms (but better), just with knights, orcs, dragons, bows, castles and such. Have fun :)
This game has huge potential, if they add match making multiplayer in. The graphics are nice. You have to get used to the keys, which hopefully is something we can change in the future. I haven't had the chance to play against a friend, but the PVP part has huge potential
Its a fun game to play with friends and family alike! The game can be a bit clunky and sluggish with its controls, but honestly its very entertaining! Looking forward to seeing what all else the devs share with us!
