2/10 Lighting was good and the game plays okay. Sprinting was very short, but I was always about to still out run her. It would be nice if there was a indicator when you can interact with a item, and at times picking up the keys were hard to reach. You can jump in the game, but no crouching. The graphics are very shiny. The story telling with the notes on the wall were very unimaginative. The background music sounds like SCP Containment Breach, which works well for that game, but not so much in this one. I found this game very boring. You walk around from room to room trying to get the next key or code to open doors and advance the game. The game is boring to look at too. Chase scenes are okay, but she will only chase you so far so you have to go back to get her to follow so you can loop her around a item to get around her. However a lot of the rooms are very narrow and it can be hard to not get too close to her, which is a automatic death. I wish there was a hiding mechanic, because you can crouch to sneak and looping her juking her is very difficult. Maybe I didn't try long enough to learn how to do it properly in this game, but I had no motivation to want to keep playing af…
Some nice scares but otherwise pretty amateurish job. Not bad, but I wouldn't pay the full asking price for it.
boring but good
It was OK, short and scary but not too scary. The AI a bit of a goof because I would run past her in the same room and not get chased. A better game that contains the Kuchisake Onna would be Slit Mouthed, probably play that one after this one since this game is very short.
Unfortunately I kept getting stuck with some annoying bugs. Also the sound didn't help to tell me where the monster was. The game was too dark and footsteps didn't neccessarily mean that the monster wasn't just stuck inside a wall and waiting for you. Couldn't complete it and I can't recommend it at this point. They have some way to go. Best part was the music from light containment zone.
I loved giving this game a run through! There are definitely a few heart-pounding moments, along with a few things to figure out along the way. A very limited command menu, so not too much to worry about there. It's really easy to figure out what you need to do next, even if you might have to try a few times (or more) to succeed. Overall, definitely worth the low price for a few moments of terror! Here's a run through if you are interested: https://youtube.com/live/fBR7gIieuEI
