7/10 Puzzle where you move 2+ monsters in a maze simultaneously TLDR: An interesting indie puzzle with 90 levels. 2 levels of difficulty for each puzzle. The low number of downloads I could only explain by the kids setting (most kids play on mobile I guess) Good: - interesting puzzles - 2 difficulty levels in case you feel that the "normal" one is somewhat too difficult for you - cute overall feel, from the gfx and the music So-so: - monsters aren't animated, so the picture is completely static. I'd argue that it's not that much of a problem, especially for an indie puzzle game. Yet just look at how the market disagrees with me: 2 reviews in 3 months... And there is some life lacking in the game because of absense of movement on the screen Bad: - actually, nothing. 3/10. Recommended ONLY to puzzle fans with broken speakers or a mute button that's stuck on (really!!). This is a fun and somewhat novel puzzle game with abysmal graphics (but ok, 1 free pass on that) AND actually painful audio design, with painfully high pitched or extremely annoying "voices" which I CANNOT overlook. With so many puzzle games that are both a pleasure to play, listen to, and look at, a game which only does one of those things tolerably well isn't really worth my time. A shame because the gameplay is definitely decent; you move 3 characters simultaneously, who all move at the same time and direction unless they are blocked. For the love of GOD or John Romero, FIX the audio so it's not painful. And consider using any of the 100+ free tile sets for game developers, almost any would be an improvement over this one. I mean, ugly isn't a thing anybody wants. Retro graphics may be ugly if you didn't grow up with the systems being referenced, but at least there's a second layer of referencing fond memories. This is just ugly with no counterbalancing positive. But as I said the killer is the hideous audio.

After all, I have a weak spot for cuteness. I'm glad I did!! First impression: Once I launched the game, I was a bit confused since the game opened in windowed mode and noticed that the main screen did not have a settings menu. It just had Start, Select and Exit. Still trying to find settings, I clicked on Select. This took me to the Select a level screen, which is fine, it makes sense. The issue was that there was no back button. No return, exit to main menu, nothing obvious. I also tried pressing some keys like esc, backspace, space, enter, C,X, RMB but nothing took me out. Only way to go back was to force close and re-open the game. This could also just be a bug. I proceeded to start the game. Alas, there I found the Settings icon, along with another exit icon, reset and difficulty. I was able to change the setting for music, sound, resolution and I was able to change it from …
