About Lifeless Vanguard
An unknown hostile force has been identified by our spy satellites, their jump signatures are locked on our planet. We have no defenses. If they get here, we are doomed.
There is, however, one last chance for us: the top-secret Vanguard prototype she stole from us. That silver-haired she-devil should be hanged for treason, but we have no time for that now. We have given her temporary access to our network of satellites, she will hack their warp drives and trap them in a little yellow box, you will pilot the Vanguard, lure enough of them in and try to take down their mothership. You are our only hope.
The only way to have a fighting chance against the mothership is to destroy enemy spaceships and steal their energy shards. This will upgrade your weapon systems and make you stronger. Be careful not to get hit, every damage you take reduces the energy charge of your weapon systems.
We have identified two capital ships accompanying the main force. You must take them down to attract the attention of the mothership. Be careful, these capital ships are not like regular enemies, they use bullet patterns to confuse their opponents, I hope your dodging skills are on par with your shooting abilities.
We have systems in place to reset the current timeline in case something goes wrong. Don't be afraid to try again and again. The enemy moves and shoots in specific patterns, you can learn their tricks, and predict their next move.

Become an Unstoppable Destruction Machine!

No, but a hardcore twin-stick shooter with 10 levels. Shoot, dash, collect weapons, use a bomb, defeat the 3 bosses. Tight controls, fluid animation, lots of enemies in a small - but big enough to allow manovering - playing field. Permadeath, online highscores and an affordable price. From its initial release, this title has expanded and improved through sound executive response, boosting my own personal confidence and positive relation toward this developer’s future projects. Though simplistic in general scope and design, gameplay is highly accentuated versus immaculate graphical quality, [i]LV[/i] also utilizes other intriguing elements described below.[/h1] Here are just a few reasons to play this visually unassuming title: Gameplay - In [i]Lifeless Vanguard[/i], the player assumes control of a lone spacecraft against waves of enemy units within a confined area, preventing displaced combat flow by players fleeing away from stated scenarios. This game is as straightforward as twin-stick shooters get. Serviceable graphics and soundtrack. Minimalist menus. Rock-solid controls. Clever enemy design. Unforgiving difficulty. In this video I take a look at Lifeless Vanguard a score challenge arena twin stick wave shooter ( I used the K.B.). It's a high quality game with really upbeat music. It has a nice upgrade system where you pickup tokens to eventually upgrade but if you take a hit you drop tokens and downgrade. You then need to twirl around and try to get them back while being shot at by all the enemies. If you die you are given the option to continue but if you do it too often you will eventually loose too many tokens and it will become harder to continue. Bright and vibrant graphics and fun. Possibly a little on the costly side for a score challenge game but it's been well made so?
